The Global Media and Public Affairs team serves as the cornerstone between FedEx and its external stakeholders, helping to shape, inform and persuade the public perception of the company. Through intentional, proactive media relations, the team helps to tell the story of FedEx as the company continues to innovate, transform and deliver what’s next. When issues arise, the team provides strategic reputational support to help mitigate risk and tactfully manages publicity that has the potential to impact the brand. Through a fully integrated public affairs strategy, the team leverages research and grassroots networks to advocate for issues that impact our business and helps shape public perception within the regulatory arena.

The Brand & Communications team serves as the holistic strategy message platform and creative connection across the enterprise. We serve the business by Creating and evolving our enterprise strategic messaging platform and approach, Translating and cascading business strategy/key business initiatives into executive platforms and establishing, driving, and maintaining a positive enterprise global image with intentional, integrated communications, visual, and voice content.

Manages FedEx Cares–the company’s global community engagement program that connects people and possibilities. Aims to make the world a better place through in-kind shipping, volunteering our time and expertise, and charitable giving.
